Post Payson:
Scenic drive into Payson yesterday with a Brother to photograph a Masonic Lodge Installation. Because of a recent snow storm in the area, I took a a very warm jacket; which I never wore.
Standing outside of the Lodge reminded me of spring skiing in the 80s. The bright sun reflecting off of the fresh snow, was naturally filling in the shadows. It made the scene look like it was lit for a commercial shoot. It's funny how I always seem to take mental notes of time and day when I see something like today. You never know when details like that will come in handy. Ninety minutes later, we were making our way back down the hill to the cool desert below.
